The BFH-1460 French Horn Kruspe Double horn offers a resistance that is balanced combined with a big open bell, which gives the horn an evenness in color and characteristic dark tone. The yellow brass bell plays with a vibrant sound that is even in all registers with good projection and clarity.
Mechanical linkages have a very secure feel with a firm landing when engaged. There is maintenance required however a mechanical linkage is less likely to fail at an inopportune moment.
