Lyons Glockenspiel Wide Bar Diatonic Soprano

Description

The Lyons Orff Wide Bar glockenspiels are designed using a wider bar playing surface from the standard bars. These instruments begin with a chambered wood box enhancing tone. Hand lathed and hand tuned aluminum wide body tone bars for ease of note play combine a bright sound with steady overtones. Each wide bar has the note name engraved at the top for easy identification. Bell mallets are included.

The note range for the Alto Wide Bar Glockenspiel is C5 to A6.
The note range for the Soprano Wide Bar Glockenspiel is C6 to A7.
